My name is Barb DiLeo, his Mother for whom I have decided to Honor his Legacy and to continue his passion for his brand, to pass his Message to so many others that need to be Elevated and Inspired. Follow ampclothing_ on IG.

Marcus Lee DiLeo-Vereen became the Brand Ambassador/Promoter/Founder of AMPClothing in 2018.

Marcus's Goal was to start a business/Foundation To Empower. #AMP his clothing Brand wasn't just a brand but a Lifestyle. The Goal is that you need to take control over your Health both Physically & Mentally. By doing that by ANYMEANSPOSSIBLE as he did. Marcus was diagnosed in March of 2017 with Idiopathic Severe Aplastic Anemia a Rare Blood disorder/Cancer, that caused Bone Marrow Failure. As time passed, Marcus was diagnosed with PNH and had markers for MDS. Marcus underwent a Bone Marrow Transplant August 1st of 2019.

Marcus started his Clothing Brand because he felt that what we wear, speaks to a person's level of confidence. Marcus wanted people to wear his Clothing Brand so they can feel empowered to face any challenge as well as to show success. The goal was that you can prevail and overcome any obstacle. Marcus felt that you must never stop fighting and going above and beyond any challenges we face.

Marcus started #Amp ANYMEANSPOSSIBLE independently in 2018. His goal was to Raise Awareness and become an active voice, advocate and promote and Impede Social Change directly by making a difference.

In 2017, Marcus went on WFMZ 69 News and NBC 10 News to tell his story to urge people of all races to become donors to help save his Life and others and to raise awareness for the needs of cancer patients and his Rare Diagnosis. Marcus was doing "ANYMEANSPOSSIBLE" to live and to give others a fighting chance as well and showing the urgency of his need for a bone Marrow donor and urged people to be tested to see if they were a match through "THE BE THE MATCH REGISITRY".

In 2017 and 2018, Marcus organized two separate "Giving Blood Drives", along with two separate "Be The Match Drives" that brought hundreds of people to donate blood and to submit to a DNA swabbing test to see if they were a match for him or any other existing Rare Blood Disorders or cancer patients. The event brought out hundreds of people from all races to join the Registry. Due to fantastic turnout, there was a match that was discovered for a child thus saved the child's life

Marcus brought Education, resources and support to patients, families and the communities that were impacted by Pediactric Rare blood disorders. Marcus was very passionate to never give up on your dreams. To Marcus #Amp wasn't just a Brand, it was a Lifestyle that he wanted others with challenges in Life to embrace. Marcus was an activist. With his Brand he wanted to pass his very important message worldwide . The Empowerment of One's Self. The Will and Drive that we all seek that through Hardwork that shows Real Character. To Fight off all the cant's that people are told when they have physical or Mental setbacks.

Marcus was evolving as an Entrepreneur with skilled thinking that was dedicated to impact people of all races. He was on a path to make people understand his intentions of the #AMP Brand and was very successful in doing so.

Marcus finally found a match 9/10 in 2019 for himself. He was receiving supportive care and experimental Immunosuppressive horse therapy along with every medication and treatment that could be given to him when he got his diagnosis. Because of his ethnicity it was harder to find a match. Marcus was mixed, black and white. The DNA Genetics he needed from his donor's Bone Marrow had to be of black ethnicity, and even then the genetics had to be a very specific match. That is why he raised awareness so much on people joining the registry of all ethnicity.

He Received his transplant August 1,2019. A very tough Life-Threatening process. Took a toll not only physically but mentally. The transplant seemed to be a success and he was healing and engrafting with his new Bone Marrow. He was released 6 weeks later which was an early release from a procedure as intense as it was. He was planning another Be The Match Drive in Philadelphia at Temple University where he was a student the year before while being sick with his illness. Unfortunately during his recovery at home , he got sick with an unknown origin to his health, Which caused Multiple Organ Failure. An organization he was affiliated with called "SMOOTH" brothers held the event in honor of Marcus. He fought on and off machines, showed doctors miracles. Marcus fought by ANYMEANSPOSSIBLE. What I witnessed in that 37 days is something I've never seen in my life! He was leading me to make sure that he wasn't just putting in the work to fight to Live but that the doctors were putting in the work to also do anymeanspossible. He was showing the world what fighting by ANYMEANSPOSSIBLE really meant! What he showed me in those 37 days I will never have the right words to describe. My heart will be broken for a lifetime. My son passed away in my hands while still fighting to breath.

My Son left behind a Legacy that I promised I would pass on. He had dreams and i Intend to fulfill #AMP ANYMEANSPOSSIBLE.

My Son fought the Fight of his Life for 2 Years and 8 Months which led up to the last incredible 37 days that he fought like a Warrior until he took his incredibly Strongest, Courageous last Breath on Monday November 4, 2019 at 3:24 in the Morning. My son passed away from having Idiopathic Severe Aplastic Anemia/blood Cancer and he took every step to try to be cured by doing ANYMEANSPOSSIBLE.

He Won by Doing ANYMEANSPOSSIBLE .

My Daughter Taylor DiLeo, Marcus's sister and myself Barbara DiLeo his mother, along with my 2 granchildren Aurora and Sage have made it our mission to continue my son's Legacy. Everything that is produced by #AMP, are Marcus's ideas, designs and ambitions and/or inspired by what Marcus would have wanted. We are his messengers. Forever we will Love you Marcus...........We are #AMP. ~AMPCLOTHING~
